Being a service provider and marketing agent we share our mission, that is, to build a strong brand in making business specialized in small character printing and large character printing and expand them to whole Malaysia. In fact, DR TWO MARKING TECHNOLOGY has the following long term objectives:-
- To establish itself a leading quality supplier of small character ink jet printer to our customer in Malaysia.
- To develop cost effective position in ink jet coder market while maintaining the highest standards of after sales and service quality.
Our Strengths
The goal of any organization is to gain more loyal customers. Loyalty is often dependent on customer satisfaction and satisfaction in turn is often determined by customer service. Loyal customers are often a constant source of revenue because they value a particular product or brand and reorder again. This kind of loyalty frequently passed on from one generation to another especially if the product is continually changed to meet their changing needs. Loyal customers are also willing to pay a premium price and are not easily deflected even though they are targeted by competitors. In fact, loyal customers provide free advertising through positive word-of-mouth, recruiting new customers for the company. Our staffs are well trained in providing high quality of customer service. Their many years of expertise and knowledge in ink jet printer and related industrial has guarantee to provide good and quality service to our customer.
Methods used to improve customer service are as follows:-
- Properly train all sales personnel in product knowledge. , product information is disseminated to sales personnel, so that they could explain to customers on its benefits and special features.
- Sales personnel are required to maintain close contact with customers, look into customers’ requirements and feedback. Customers’ feedback and complaints are handled promptly.
- Any defective parts, brought up by customers (genuine cases) are to be replaced as soon as possible with good ones. The faulty parts has to send back to head quarter in a shortest time for warranty claim.
- Technical staff will be constantly upgrade their trouble shooting skills and also customers handling skill to enhance the service department quality and provide the best and fast response time to our customers.
